I am a business operations leader with over 15 years of experience leading operations for global luxury hotel brands, boutique resorts, and short term rental portfolios. My core experience has been focused on turning around underperforming areas of hospitality operations such as revenue and profitability for rooms, food and beverage, and retail. I have also managed budgets in excess of $50M and have extensive experience readying a business for low and high seasons (Winter/Summer). Some of the career accomplishments that I am most proud of include: ● Leading teams of up to 150 people and improving revenue by $10M for a major hotel brand while reducing excess inventory costs by 2.5%.● Leading the creation of a community stakeholder round table for key representatives from the government, the WCHA, and Indigenous communities to overcome a dispute regarding expiring MRDT funds and an $82M wastewater treatment project.● Implementing multiple software systems to help with purchasing, revenue management, hotel property controls, property management systems, and restaurant POS to modernize operations, increase efficiencies, and improve the accuracy of accounting practices. ● Leading the project management and construction of 20 new accommodations on a luxury property which would enable upwards of $1.8M+ in net-new revenue.I welcome the opportunity to network with other professionals and leaders to exchange ideas about business operations and revenue management opportunities.
