• Logistics coordinator in charge of product receiving, managing warehouse inventory, generatingpurchase orders for stock replenishment, reconciling stock discrepancies, and maintaining a streamlinedand functional warehouse, schedule daily freight carrier and/or ground pick ups.• Responsible for training incoming employees; supervising warehouse employees; assignment,fulfillment, quality assurance, and troubleshooting of orders• Process client orders and provide first-line assistance for customer inquires and order troubleshooting• Organize and file corporate billing invoices and incoming expense, shipping, and daily sales reports• Serve as company representative at events and conventions interacting with event guests, processingevent orders on site, and promoting the company• Routinely file freight and ground claims when customers report shortage, damage, delayed shipments,lost packages etc.o Conduct internal audit and analysis of claims• Create bill of ladings for outgoing freight orders and process incoming returns from customers• Assist in making monthly price changes and finding new products for the company catalog• Cycle counting and updating quantities/bin locations in Multichannel Order Manager (M.O.M)• Certification and experience in operating forklifts, electronic lift trucks, and pallet jacks• Approval of international wire payments for incoming part orders• Order essential building and packing warehouse products/materials for use by warehouse employees• Dispose of unusable/broken parts at local scrap yard and make special local deliveries
