Responsible for the management of SAR medical assets throughout the area of operations to include SAR, Humanitarian Aid and Disaster Response (HADR), and En-route Care medical capabilities, to include the evaluation of flight medicine education, critical patient care from point-of-injury (POI) as well as interfacility transport. Served from 2021 -2024 as the lead SAR Medical Technician for the Central Northern Marians Islands and the sole Flight Paramedic in the Indo-Pacific Region. Provided POI care during SAR operations and follow-on prehospital management. These operations included criticalcare interfacility transport from austere island environments to appropriate surgical and medical facilities.

Responsible for the education and development of 22 Paramedics and EMTs during airway management, patient monitoring, and resuscitation skills currency. Additionally provided emergency response in the prehospital environment during 911 response of a metropolitan area ranging from 24,000-28,000 calls per yer including critical-care patient management during interfacility transport.

Responded to emergency situations and provided advanced life support in the prehospital environment to include all skills within the Paramedic scope of practice as licensed within the state of Georgia. Additionally, was utilized as a fire-fighter during emergency response requiring fire suppression, vehicle extrication, and HAZMAT.
