As a senior level executive, I have the pleasure to provide mentoring, leadership and support for multiple layers of operational leaders and onsite managers. In addition to my leadership duties I am actively engaged in the strategic direction and implementation of our core values and driving principles. My team and I cover a broad spectrum of verticals, geography and all areas of supply chain solutions combined with varying levels of dedicated transportation. Within this area of responsibility I am tasked with the profit and loss results on an annual revenue book of business in excess of $180,000,000. My team and I are constantly striving to deliver on our commitments through the disciplined execution of strategic initiatives, teamwork, safety, customer relationship development and continuing to develop opportunities for revenue growth while bringing our customers the best total cost solutions. The diverse customer base in which I have the opportunity to serve consists of many Fortune 500 customers comprised of a multitude of commodities and reaching across multiple verticals which include a multitude of retailers, automotive, foodstuffs, bulk food grade, refrigerated and dry van equipment types.

Oversaw the recruitment and development of CRST's regional flatbed division. Developed recruitment program from the ground up and streamlined driver processes. Particpated and lead new business start up efforts as directed.
