As Senior Project Manager my responsibilities include managing a myriad of facilities food grade manufacturing and distribution projects from HVAC and multiple facilities systems automation control projects to include commercial and industrial main frame electrical projects. Most projects focus on facilities management capital improvements to include HVAC Chiller, cooling towers to include air cooled chilled water systems, glycol chiller systems and compressed air systems, water treatment programs and preventative maintenance standard operational procedures. Additionally, I am responsible for managing & consistently inspected property mechanical, HVAC, building automation systems, electrical, plumbing, fire systems and fire suppression systems. Managed security, maintenance staff, janitorial staff, general building maintenance, shipping and receiving department and mailroom consistently on a day-to-day operational facilities responsibility.

Automation & Utilities Manager for a new 1.2 million square foot $860 million dollar manufacturing facility as Pfizer Pharmaceutical Corporation expands their pharmaceutical production manufacturing operations. Primary responsibilities include the engineering, planning, purchasing and contractor coordinating for the manufacturing facilities new electrical utility substation 13.2v transformed 480v, Building Automation Systems (BAS), HVAC Chillers, Life Safety Systems, Security Systems and Fiber Optic Voice and Data from planning, coordinating, installation to startup. As the project transpired, I ensure that we received addendum updates and changes as dictated and outlined in the blue prints and update all the responsible contractors with new “cut sheets” and blue prints in a timely manner. Maintained within budget continually throughout and ongoing as the project progressed and receive change orders expeditiously.• Building Automation System (BAS) equipment & software package designed for the facility is the industry “state of the art”• Managed my responsibilities with the project construction schedule with superior “on-time” results effectively saving on project costs and potential setbacks

Under my supervision were 55 full time employees, contractors and sub-contractors. Duties included budget preparation, work order/time management and capital improvements. Additionally, responsibilities included company parts and materials purchasing agent and coordinator. Ensured all individual property mechanical, HVAC, building automation systems, electrical, plumbing, fire systems and fire suppression systems. Managed security, maintenance staff, janitorial staff and general building maintenance and conducted property walkthrough inspections on a random basis. Prepared monthly, quarterly, semiannual and annual inspections and maintenance reports.• Project Manager for all client construction projects from planning to completion.• Sole responsibility for the maintenance on all laboratory equipment, support equipment and staff to include staff training.

As a member of Maintenance my responsibilities include the repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment such as conveyor systems and components, 480v three phase electrical devices, electrical control cabinets, variable frequency drives (VFD), reducers, various drive components and PLC controls troubleshooting and repairs. I conducted repairs and preventative maintenance to packaging machines, stretch wrap machines and scanning equipment. Additionally, I conducted conveyor rebuilds of APC, Line Shaft, Slider Bed, Belt-on-Roller, round belt, diverts to include PORTEC curves. I also initiate in CMMS in detail open, maintain and manage work orders and preventative maintenance work orders. Ensured all subordinates LOTO, ARC Flash, First Aid and blood born pathogens certified annually. • Responsible for the maintenance, preventative maintenance and training of Embroidery Sewing Machines in the Ralph Lauren Corporation’s Embroidery Department to include all parts and inventory. • Key member of the department parts and inventory ordering, research, stock control and inventory reconciliation.

Under my direction I managed my staff to perform a wide variety of operations necessary to service and maintain high-speed production manufacturing equipment to include plastic injection mold machines, packaging machines, stretch film wrapping equipment, stamping/punch press machines. I installed various accessories to machines such as mechanical components, pneumatic devices, separators, conveyors, 480v three phase electrical motors and devices, robotic equipment, air regulators and water circulators. Responsible for department’s inventory and work orders utilizing Proctor & Gamble’s SAP worldwide logistics system.• Experienced in CAM settings on robotics to include Servo devices.• Experienced in the programming and system settings of HMI’s (Human Machine Interface) and Servo motor settings.
