Directly supervised thirteen member staff; provided full-spectrum photographic support to the 49th Fighter Wing and 22 associate units. Researched and carried out long-range planning for procurement of photographic equipment, provisions, and manpower. Managed production, monitored budgets, evaluated and reviewed office procedures for effective resource control. Monitored customer service, alert photography, studio, location, photojournalism sections as well as quality control processes.

Photographed remains of U.S.Service members for identification purposes in the effort to return fallen service members to their families. Worked at the Honolulu Morgue assisting Honolulu Police Department Investigators identify deceased persons.
