I have spent my years learning how manufacturing organizations function and why they function the way they do. I have studied medical device, consumer product, and security detection organizations to examine the best way to deliver quality products for the betterment of humanity. I have helped architect solutions in every corner of these types of organization and I have helped make them successful because I understand the how and why of each department and in many cases, each role. The difficult challenges of fundamental change and foundational structures of an organization are where I focus most to ensure that we are on solid ground in every aspect of service and product delivery. From the core IT components of infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications, and DevOps, to the critical business processes like lead-to-cash, contracts management, and product development, I keep a steady aim on the goal of delivering quality products and services. I have helped navigate through periods of intense growth, strategic market shifts, consolidations, and major adverse events while maintaining a collective push to continue transforming a business for what it needs to thrive. And finally, I believe, and have proven, that this can all be done using the guiding principles of kindness, gratitude, and thoughtfulness for those around us. They are the simple and key ingredients to resilience in any successful organization.
