The German esports federation (ESBD – eSport-Bund Deutschland e.V.) represents the stakeholders and esports players in Germany. The ESBD was founded on November 26 in 2017 and has continuously supported and improved the conditions of the esports market on many levels.Being elected as the 1. Vice President and part of the ESBD executive board, I'm responsible for the strategic direction of the federation, financial funding as well as Public Relations.

As the Vice President of Tournament Organization, I chair the TO department within our federation. Although the we do represent the smallest number of members compared to the other two departments (pro teams and amateur clubs), our organizers include some of the most important stakeholders in the German and international esports ecosystem. From ESL Gaming and Freaks 4U Gaming to Leipziger Messe, our members host some of the most popular and prestigious events in Germany.My role involves developing strategies that align with the ESBD's goals, coordinating with event organizers, sponsors, teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful events, and ensuring that our tournaments comply with both national and international regulations, as well as our ethical and professional standards.

ESL Gaming is the world’s largest esports company. Founded in 2000, ESL has been shaping the industry across the most popular video games with numerous online and offline competitions, to create a world where everybody can be somebody.Heading the communications department, I’m responsible for overseeing global corporate communications, public relations, crisis management, and political communications with direct input on C level. Creating and implementing comprehensive communication strategies for ESL products, turning them into successful international media campaigns. Company-wide coordination on strategic and tactical levels to maximize communications opportunities. Also responsible for announcements and worldwide roll-out plans for all products and events.

Bonjwa is one of the biggest streaming networks in Germany completely focused on gaming and esports. Originally founded as an esports school and coaching network for Starcraft II, the startup developed throughout the last couple years and established one of the biggest gaming communities in Germany, operating from its own studio in Hamburg. Several streamers and influencers produce live content as well as videos on demand and entertain their audience on various channels. Our combination of consciousness about the community’s needs, our activities and the deep understanding of the gaming industry ensures the steady growth of the company and identifies the best national partners.Being a Co-Founder of Bonjwa, I’ve set the basement for the company’s success back in 2013. Coordinated all marketing & PR activities, organized our presence on various events (Northcon, gamescom), managed contacts with press representatives and coordinated the planning for several business opportunities. As the editor in chief, I was responsible for the editorial section on the website, which has been the primary communication tool for the first years. Leading a group of 5 editors for multiple articles each week about the project itself, gaming in general and detailed researches about individualization in games, gaming addiction, match fixing and more. Worked closely with the Social Media team to maximize the outreach.

Responsible for supporting the communications department and press spokesman of Citroën, as well as leading the test car distribution to various magazines and media outlets. Intensively managed the introduction of the new Citroën C4 Cactus and provided support to several award ceremonies like the Red Dot Design Award or Car of the Year, followed by media events and launch events throughout Europe. Participating in the creative process of designing and creating original press assets, maintaining the media database and establishing a solid automotive network in Germany.
