My entire career has been focused on making every year … every day … about the customer – whether an external client or partner, or an internal colleague – I’m here to support, advocate, share, and strategize with my customer. As an example, a single report presented weekly was able to be updated and distributed in real-time to our stakeholders.o Measurement: All aspects of event management enabled a measure / manage relationship, as we increased our reported metrics from a dozen or so to nearly a hundred.Sponsorship Strategyo Portfolio: Managed merger of two portfolios into a single, client-focused portfolio of sponsorship assets – growing them by 4 times, while cutting the dollar expense by nearly in half.o Technology: With specialized needs comes specialized technologies, and we could not manage our portfolio of assets without the tremendous technology partnership of TicketManager and InterSport as we worked together to combine two separate systems into a unified approach to asset management and distribution. We were able to expand our reach within the organization from a few dozen stakeholders to thousands of potential users.o Measurement: As noted above, established a go-forward model of client analytics enabling an annual revenue impact “touch” of over $4 billion in our latest tracking year.
