Chris Flood is a Senior Vice President and Market President of Verizon’s Atlantic North Market. Chris is responsible for all consumer sales, distribution and operational execution for the market’s 13 states, which includes more than 2,800 employees, 286 corporate stores, more than 1,100 indirect stores and nearly all of the Verizon Fios footprint.Throughout his 22 year career with Verizon, Chris has held leadership positions across multiple businesses and has a proven track record of success. Chris is steadfast in his belief that if you build a great culture, the results will follow. In the Atlantic North, he has built a culture of integrity, performance excellence, transparency and giving back to the communities we serve. In his previous role, Chris served as Consumer Vice President of VCG’s Northeast Region, where he led corporate retail and indirect sales. He also served as Vice President - Strategic Partners, leading strategy and performance for outsource partners that provided customer service capabilities to 100M+ Mobile and Fios consumers. Chris was recipient of the prestigious President's Cabinet award both in 2013 and 2018, awarded to the top sales leaders across Verizon.Chris is a graduate of Strayer University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. He began his career at Verizon as a retail sales representative in Long Island, NY. He lives in Flemington, NJ with his wife, four children and two dogs.
