During my 14 year tenure at ARS Restoration Specialists, I advanced from a Project Coordinator to a Manager and closing my career as an Executive to the organization. We experienced many more victories than losses, worked through growing pains and became a highly profitable company year after year.My efforts in the earlier years focused on building systems and procedures. We created operating manuals to train and build our infrastructure. Utilizing these models we implemented several financial reports to measure, analyze and hold our branches accountable to producing the budgeted margins for each profit center. The final leg of my career at ARS was served as the CFO and CIO. I was a member of the Executive Management Team that made big picture decisions on the overall strategy of the company. I was the Financial and IT face of the organization. I worked directly with our banker, CPA firm, insurance reps/auditors, state auditors, IT consultants and legal counsel. I supervised a lean team of 6 members in the accounting department ensuring accurate monthly financial reporting, timely payroll/payables and most importantly the collection of accounts receivables

Supported Controller of HVAC/Plumbing sub-contractor. Prepared AIA billings, WIP Schedule, Lien Waivers, reviewed payroll and supervised accounts payable. Created procedures and introduced the organization to the Document Management application of Timberline.

Supported International Sales Team in the Semi-conductor industry. Created price quotes and booked orders through SAP software. Problem solved with department managers on order delays and other opportunities as they surfaced.
