To Summerise I'll keep it short and sweet 😀 I am a hard working, caring and passionate individual who always tries to do my best be it working alone or part of a team. I am passionate about people and recognising colleagues when they do a great job, but also enjoy coaching and supporting colleagues when things don't always go to plan. I have worked for Tesco for 20+ years and have held positions from Customer Assistant to Store Manager. Spent from 2004 - 2023 in Management positions. I recently stepped down from a Management role to focus on my Mental Health and spend more time with my family. Being a Parent and a Husband is without doubt my biggest achievement in life, having a good career is important but seeing my family happy is what motivates me most.
