At Verizon I was a sales representative my job is to sell phones and Verizon fios to my customers while providing them with the best service experience possible make sure that the customer get the best value and walks out the store happy all the time... I also have been training to be a manager currently at my store.. some of my responsibilities is to make sure the store is clean, make sure my board is updated every to see where our numbers are at for the month so we can determine which areas we have to improve in, I am also responsible for counting the cash and to make sure I go to the bank every day to deposit the cash at the bank.. receive inventory and ship out inventory, if any the problems happen with our inventory in store I will submit tickets so I can fix and solve the problem.. if customers have issues or questions with there Verizon accounts I will sit down with them and break down there account to solve the solution and to keep them happy and to have them remember me as there person who is always down to help.
