I have accepted a new role with Cushman & Wakefield heading up the PMO for the APAC region. I was undertaking the role from Perth WA and relocated to Singapore in 1st or 2nd quarter of 2021.The role involves managing major international clients such as Microsoft, Standard Chartered Bank, Red Hat, Footlocker, MasterCard, Carrier, UTC, Huawei and Workday to name a few.An exciting and challenging role and one that I really enjoy.As Director for C&W WA, I set up and managed the Project Management office for Cushman & Wakefield Perth WA and managed the office for 4 years, growing the team from one to 5 Project managers.I was the Client Project Manager for the Richardson Hotel Suites and Spa, which was my first introduction into Project Manager following a career in Hotels having completed a Diploma in Hotel Management.On completion of the Hotel I worked for PSG Asia Pacific undertaking fitout projects before being recruited to Coffey Projects. At Coffey Projects I worked on the Treendale Retail project before the project went on hold due to the international financial crisis. I was then employed by Incoll Project Management until they merged with Savills Australia.I was with Savills PM for 4 and a half years and was promoted to Divisional Director in March 2013, and completed my Diploma in Project Management. I finished at Savills in December 2013 and started with APP in January 2014.I have been project managing the INPEX Offshore Logistics Supply Base construction of a 7000m2 warehouse and 400m2 off office with 17,000m2 of hardstand.I am also the project director on the Newman Town Centre Redevelopment, a new $30m shopping centre project, and the $30m Secret Harbour Shopping Centre Expansion and Secret Harbour Shopping Centre Expansion ($40M)In January 2015 I was promoted to Project Director at APP and now head a team that looks after Retail, Fit out, Industrial and Hotels.In July 2016 I accepted an offer to run the WA office of Cushman & Wakefield
