As a Field Service Representative I assist our customers in all aspects of maintaining and operating all models of Bombardier Business Jets including Global Express, Challenger, and Learjet. I am an expert at troubleshooting complex aircraft systems. In addition, as a Field Service Representative, I am the voice of the customer within Bombardier. Using Salesforce.com as a customer resource management tool, I provide data back to Bombardier for use in identifying emerging issues, monitoring complex customer requirements, and overall dispatch availability. Supervised the Technical Support and Aircraft on Ground Resolution teams in the Learjet Customer Response Center(CRC). Oversaw the transition from a IBM to a Cisco call center system. Implemented and trained employees in the use of Salesforce.com as a CRM. Oversaw 19 employees who were responsible for providing 24/7/365 technical support for Learjet Operators, Owners, and Maintenance Facilities, as well as finding expeditious solutions for assisting our customers during AOG events.

Tested and repaired the electrical and avionics systems on Learjet models 31a, 45, 45XR, 60, and Challenger 300 in the production flight test department. Prepped aircraft for first flight, worked off snags post flight, and ensured aircraft met all aspects of the Type Certificate for review by the ODAR and subsequent issuing of the Certificate of Airworthiness.

Maintained, troubleshot, and crewed PIP II and PIP III IHAWK (MIM-23) missile systems. Troubleshot failures to the component level, performed diagnostics using logic probes, oscilloscopes, and multimeter.
