7/12- Present High Performance Work Team Leader/Senior Supply Chain Analyst, Eaton Corporation: Performed dual roles as both the Team Leader and Buyer/Planner at the request of plant leadership to help alleviate understaffed HPWT during a period of significant organizational growth and change.
