- Daily responsibilities include communicating with customers of different teams effectively to verify the entire scope of the test campaign & test plan is understood, as well as make supporting suggestions to carry out & ensure the test articles are in control until dynamics testing is completed. Carrying out Sine vibration, random vibration, & shock testing on various spaceflight units.- Handling spaceflight hardware and installing components & test fixtures for multi-axis testing using PCB piezoelectric instrumentation (accelerometers, microphones) to assist with the R&D, Proto-Flight, and QTP & ATP dynamic test phases.- Experience troubleshooting data acquisition systems, LDS & ETS vibration shaker tables and equipment.- Coordinating with different departments teams and leadership to carry out R&D, and QTP & ATP environmental test campaigns using TVAC chambers, & thermal chambers.- Experience instrumenting thermocouples to various flight units and sensitive components for specific test configurations and requirements;- Assisted with the installation of multiple TVAC, and thermal chambers. Installing cryopumps, chamber insulation roughing pumps, port plate flanges, passthroughs, compressors, actuators, & other electropneumatic-equipment.Adept to working from drawings, schematics, equipment specifications, maintenance manuals and technical information.
