A Senior Project Manager who takes on the management of my client projects with the goal of delivering every project on time, within budget and scope.Responsibilities:-• Overall responsibility for delivery of the programme of works• Define project description and scope• Identification of Stakeholders and establish roles and responsibilities• Agree procurement strategy• Single point of contact with my clients.• Programme and cost reporting to my clients and Director• Assisting my clients in compiling the project reporting documentation.• Manage resources across the project• Implement and manage a change control system• Manage or oversee production of all Monthly Reports• Attend and chair internal and external meetings as required• Helps deliver a consistent level of approach and quality across all the projects• Attends the project team, progress and consultation meetings• Oversees the production of draft and final documentation, including reports, studies, and minutes of meetings, to my clients and third parties as necessary for the successful progression of the Project• Monitors construction through the Project Managers/Project Supervisors/Project Techs, approves any changes in design and authorises commitments against contingency funds• Manages changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques• Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation /CDM (2015)• Oversee's the commissioning and acceptance of the building and the handover to users with the support of the Project Managers/Project Supervisors/Project Tech's & design team• Holds a post project review and writes the report to my clients Management Team on lessons learned, with future recommendations for changes in procedures for future projects
