Processing of incoming and outbound supply parts, materials and equipment

• Establishing and maintaining records, such as stock lists, inventory, material control, accounting, and supply reports • Reviewing and verifying quantities received against bills of lading, contracts, purchase requests, and shipping documents • Unloading and storing incoming supplies and equipment• Processing requests and turn-in documents at direct support level through warehousing section • Inventory deploying and redeploying soldier’s equipment upon entering and exiting the state.

Training 2008-2012• Designs, produces and distributes to subordinates units a variety of training aids, maps, map overlays and PowerPoint presentations necessary for the efficient operations and training of subordinate units.• Supervised staff of 24 including: assigning duties and evaluating performance.• Drafts training programs circulars and other memoranda to ensure compliance with employees and senior management. • Maintains a policy file on all operations, training a readiness activities• Monitors, reviews and analyzes all training and readiness reports from subordinate units.• Requests assistance and training support of external agencies.• Assists in the management of ammunition of the command.• Screens service school applications, request for orders, request for temporary duty, and correspondence course applications from completeness and correctness.• Attended special schools and/or conferences that enhanced the training readiness of the department
