Managing five production lines, production planning and implementation, responsible for achieving production targets and lean manufacturing goals, ordering goods for production, managing stock control, supervising a team of over 60 staff members

Managing main store, receiving and managing stock, managing stock takes, managing sales orders, ensuring orders are fufilled in a timely manner and in accordance with demands, feeding stock and working closely with 6 production lines, customer inquiries both interally and externally, general managerial task including overseeing staff leave and overtime.
