I have extensive experience in Protective Security Risk reviews (PSRR) in accordance with the Australian Protective Security Policy Framework and Security of Critical Infrastructure Act (SOCI), and establishing and implementing integrated security solutions across large organisations.I have developed an integrated system for protection of employee through responding, reporting and management strategies related to Violence and Aggression incidents against workforce employees. This also extended to occasional incidents of Domestic Violence.Previous occupations required high level use of and quality control practices (Kepner Tregoe) and processes and compliance to legislative requirements for example, Local Government Act, Information Privacy and Right to information Acts and conducted audit compliance assessments on local government entities for their annual assurance ratings. I have also management contract services, develop and implement corporate policy and procedures, incident management response and investigations, security and emergency awareness training for staff. I have developed strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish positive and constructive relationships with local and state agencies based on a Memorandum of Understanding and internal stakeholders. This has provided me with a basis for strong relationships both internally and external to the organisation
