I Led the Core IT teams which were composed out of below 4 technical platforms with a total budget of 70M$ # Cybersecurity and network # Infrastructure, workplace and support # Data and AI # Enterprise applications (ERP & HR) & DevOps In addition, I led the digital products teams supporting corporate functions (HR – Procurement – Finance and General Council) which had as objective to support the Digital transformation of those business lines.
