As a General Manager at Firehouse Xpress and the SiteManager (GM) at Breeze Thru Car Wash, I oversaw the daily operations and customer service of a busy and profitable car wash facility. I managed a team of 25 across two locations and then a team of 15 staff members at one site where I ensured compliance with safety and environmental standards, and increased customer satisfaction and loyalty. I also implemented new marketing strategies, streamlined workflows, and improved equipment maintenance. Before joining Breeze Thru Car Wash in Aug 2022, I worked my way up to the Assistant GM and then General Manager at FireHouse Xpress Car Wash over the course of 5 years, where I achieved similar results in creating a successful team and growth for the company. I have my bachelors degree in Business Administration and Marketing, and I have had a ton of hands on experience with being apart of running a multi location company where I furthered my skills in customer service, operations, efficiency, and quality. I am passionate about providing the best experience for my customers and leading a successful and motivated team no matter the environment or industry to further the growth and success of the company.
