CurrentI am responsible for overseeing a portfolio of 12+ enterprise clients, delivering a world class customer experience journey by taking charge of the overall customer relationship, increasing adoption, ensuring renewals, identifying upsell opportunities and enhancing customer satisfaction and account growth.I collaborate closely with clients to plan their marketing technology stack and application roadmap initiatives, conducted strategic business reviews, and serve as the primary point of contact for escalations. My role involves managing multiple customer accounts across a wide range of organizational tiers with a strong emphasis on building and enduring customer relationships through onboarding, optimization, mentorship, and growth. Additionally, I assist with clients with user adoption strategies, conduct application demos, assist with product configurations, develop account based KPIs, provide best practice consulting, and identify growth opportunities for customers.
