For the LA-based talent agency, I oversaw the agency's expansion into the NY market and with determined leadership, the new office became a dominant entity within the arts and entertainment industry. The NY office primarily focused on musical theatre, choreography, and commercial dance. I identified casting directors and influential members in the field and created relationships that were crucial to clients having auditions opportunities for major productions / acts. I negotiated contracts with production companies that allowed clients to potentially star, feature, or contribute to high profile projects. Additionally, I was integral to bringing talent to the office / agency.• The NYC office established and was financially stable in under 12 months, which turned CTG into bi-coastal agency.
