I currently manage both Dynamics and Environmental testing technicians to perform their duties at Environment Associates. I also am responsible for scheduling technicians and equipment, overseeing the testing, ensuring that entire lab operating efficiently and safely, while conforming to a high standard of quality work. From A to Z I am involved in the process from when a job arrives to when it leaves our facility. I have experience in performing both Environmental & Dynamics testing types on Aerospace, Medical, Automotive and a variety of other equipment types. To perform these types of tests, I have experience in numerous areas that meet the requirements of MIL-STD, ISO, IEC, ASTM, ISTA, RTCA/DO-160, and/or a multitude of other customer specifications. I review formal reports, work with Q.A. to manage the laboratory to ISO 17025 calibration standards, and constantly looking. Have varying levels of experience running chambers and understands test procedures in the following areas: thermal vacuum, vibration, drop shock, thermal shock, thermal cycling, humidity, altitude, electrical testing, salt fog, acceleration, water testing, hydraulic, and various other types of testing. Have a general understanding of thermal dynamics and can run data logging equipment to record temperature, electrical, humidity, and various types of measurements. Understands the way testing should be accomplished from: test scheduling, test procedure development, test fixture modification and adaptation, setting up the test, accordingly, performing the testing, and providing a detailed formal test report to the customer.
