I have worked for a flexographic printing company for over 14 years. During my time in flexography I have had the opportunity to experience a number of different responsibilities. I have 8 years of experience within leadership roles, with the last 3 years being in training and development. Developing teams and leading them to accomplish goals is something I enjoy. I am a people focused leader who wants to help shape and drive company culture. I believe the largest and worst of the 8 wastes is underutilization of human potential. Leadership is about serving others and providing the support/direction they need to realize their true potential. Whatever the role, I wish to instill a safe and open working environment. Giving people the freedom to freely exchange ideas and not be afraid to try something and fail. By truly caring for the well being of others, we can foster relationships built on trust. Leadership is a lifelong commitment and I look forward to where this journey will lead me.
