Complete loops tying the fire alarm devices, modules, VESDA system panels to the NACP & FACP▪ VESDA Systems: Use blueprints to mark, set and secure Xtralis VESDA Aspirating Smoke Detection (ASD) pipe with fasteners to the ceiling grid, I-beams and walls, which leaddirectly to the VESDA VEU & VEP panels inside the CRAH Galleries.▪ Safety & Training: OSHA Fall Protection Certificate (American Safety Council Inc. 1 IACET CEU),ARC Flash Training, Safety Certified through 2024, scissor lift certified through 2027, Honeywell Fire Alarm System Training, Xtralis VESDA ASD Engineering Technical Training, InnovairFlex Duct Smoke Detector Training. Prior to starting each day my crew and I inspected our tools, lifts, supplies, PPE and work area. I filled out and discussed a pre-task planning form for each crew covering the tasks, potential hazards, and actions to eliminate or minimize hazards.▪ Team Player: Consistently worked with the general contractor’s foremen, foreman & crew from other trades to ensure that deadlines such as T.R.O.’s were met. To further our safety precautions, the G.C. Sr. foreman and leads from all trades met every morning to communicatework areas for the day, work that took precedence, installation roadblocks, safety concerns, procedures, meetings with the fire marshal and more.

▪ Handyman: demolition, small to large builds, remediation, plumbing, drywall, painting, carpentry,flooring, electrical (main lug & sub-panel wiring), lighting, roofing and more▪ Consulting: Perform a thorough inspection and report to the owner and/or property manager providing an itemized & monetary list to bring each home up to the highest standards ensuring they will receive top dollar from renters or buyers.▪ Custom: contracted during 2021-2022 to gut, build and customize a 3 tier Hawaiian retreat on two coastline acres in Hilo, HI from the ground up. Tier 1 consisted of customizing the existing unfinished home, converting the garage into 2 luxury guest rooms; Tier 2 is a newly built ocean facing guest retreat called, "Ohana" with exterior showers, vaulted ceilings and more; Tier 3 is a fully renovated 22ft tall, 800sq ft workshop with an extended 600 sq ft fully functioning full-time live-in tree house with a 150 sq ftdeck for the property caretakers.
