Leading strategy and operations for the Epigenetics Antibodies, Epigenetics Assays, Molecular Assays, and Antibody Conjugation groups at CST. We are developing the highest quality antibodies, ChIP and CUT&RUN assay kits and workflow reagents, ELISA kits and antibody pairs, and conjugated antibody products to help facilitate biomedical research and cure diseases.

Led and managed the activities of multiple teams of scientists and research associates geared toward developing antibodies and assay kits for epigenetic research. Led, organized and managed product portfolio analyses, strategic planning, and operational planning for all epigeneticproduct development (primary antibodies, antibody conjugates, antibody and non-antibody assay kits). Served as subject matter expert in epigenetics and ChIP, managed consultations and collaborations with key opinion leaders, attended and presented at scientific conferences, presented scientific webinars, organized and lead sales and marketing training sessions, and presented scientific seminars at various academic and pharmaceutical customer sites throughout the world. In addition to developing antibodies against key targets in epigenetics and RNA processing, my team developed a first-to-market CUT&RUN Assay Kit and accompanying workflow reagents to provide scientists with a more advanced, lower cost, and streamlined method for chromatin profiling experiments. I completed courses and received certification for Pragmatic Marketing’s Foundations, Focus, and Build training units.

Led and managed the activities of multiple teams of scientists and research associates geared toward developing antibodies and assay kits for epigenetic research. Led, managed, and executed on epigenetic and ChIP product portfolio analyses, strategic planning, and operational planning. Served as subject matter expert in epigenetics and chromatin IP (ChIP), managed consultations and collaborations with key opinion leaders, attended and presented at scientific conferences, presented scientific webinars, organized and lead sales and marketing training sessions, and presented scientific seminars at various academic and pharmaceutical customer sites in the US, Canada, and Europe. In addition to developing antibodies against key protein targets, my teams developed antibodies against multiple DNA and RNA modifications, developed methylated DNA IP (MeDIP) and hydroxymethylated DNA IP (hMeDIP) kits, and partnered with scientists at New England Biolabs (NEB) to develop a m6A-methyladenosine RNA-IP-seq kit. I completed Training in Process Excellence provided by Deloitte consulting Group and participated in Kaizan events geared toward improving antibody applications testing processes. I also served as a member of the Applications Process Improvement (API) Team that managed and implemented solutions that came out of the Kaizan event. I received the 2015 CST Innovation Award for contributions leading to decreased application testing cycle time.

Led and managed the activities of five teams of scientists and research associates geared toward developing antibodies and assay kits for research in the fields of Development and Epigenetics. I served as subject expert in epigenetics and chromatin IP (ChIP), managed consultations and collaborations with key opinion leaders, attended scientific conferences, organized and led sales and marketing training sessions, directly contributed to marketing collateral, and presented scientific seminars at various academic and pharmaceutical customer sites in the US. I also actively participated in departmental and inter-departmental meetings and efforts to streamline our productdevelopment process and improve workflow and communication between departments within the company.

Led a small team of research associates in the development of antibodies and antibody-relatedtechnologies for research in the field of epigenetics and chromatin regulation. In addition to developing antibodies for for Western blotting, IP, IF, IHC and ChIP, we developed the company’s first two SimpleChIP® Enzymatic Chromatin IP Kits, validated antibody products for use in the kits, and provided technical support for the ChIP Kits and ChIP-validated antibodies.
