I am responsible for managing a 10 car fleet with 15+ drivers. We provide a 24/7 transportation service to both non-emergency medical patients as well as to the local community. I am responsible for promoting and marketing the business. Other responsibilities would include keeping proper maintenance on the vehicles while adhereing to a set budget. I'm also responsible for all billing and receivables. Staffing and recruiting are another important role I play in my position.

Operated a company vehicle that was regulated by DOT and EPA. Advised customers on waste generation and disposal based on RCRA, EPA, DOT, and OSHA regulations. Exceeded monthly sales goals. Managed accounts through Microsoft CRM.

Worked closely with over 20 dealers in which I was responsible for taking new orders, presenting special pricing, and redistributing canceled orders. I input the information into the daily production schedule and tracked order progress daily to ensure freight was set up and picked up for delivery in a timely manner.

Review the accounts using investigating procedures and asking probing questions to determine the cause for account errors while looking for upsell opportunities. At times, I would encounter upset customers and I was able to calm the customer quickly, take control of the conversation. Answer 80-100 inbound calls per day regarding mortgages, lines of credits, credit cards, check cards, checking/savings accounts. Recommend products that would help the customer better their financial situation and potentially save or grow their money.

Deliver, install, and repair home appliances. Track shipments coming from our corporate warehouse and coordinate deliveries to customers. While in the customer’s home I would establish and build relationships. I would look for the opportunity to make additional sales to provide the customer with the best experience. Also, I supervised my crew and one other crew, making sure everyone practiced safety, maintained a professional tone and appearance, and stayed on schedule. I was also responsible for keeping up with the maintenance schedule on the delivery vehicles.
