Over the years I have worked extensively in orchestrating large-scale events such as the 2016 Democratic National Convention, The Philadelphia Flower Show, as well as regularly planning several corporate conferences and meeting events. I pride myself on thoroughly understanding the complexities of each project and do my best to anticipate any potential obstacles when working on the projects that I am leading. I pride myself on being a hands-on leader, working alongside my team during any project, to ensure the level of quality that each client deserves. In addition to my direct event experience, I am also skilled in leading multi-functional teams comprised of operations, event staff, external stakeholders and vendors, as well as customer service representatives. I consistently aim to create a collaborative work environment that supports all members of the team. In addition, I am also detail oriented, work well with others, possess great organizational skills, and am an expert multi-tasker. I am a great communicator and team player. In 2013, I began working with the Major Jeffrey P. Toczylowski memorial foundation. Each year the organization host a golf outing to continue the memorial fund that Jeffrey left as a scholarship at the Valley Forge Military Academy. I am presently assisting with reaching out to local businesses regarding sponsorship of the event.
