Allscripts Healthcare Solutions Inc. Client ManagerChris has joined Allscripts Healthcare Solutions as a key member of the Client Engagement Team. Chris’ responsibilities are to oversee client support and the seamless service deliverables and expectations between our healthcare clients and Allscripts. In his role, he functions as a proactive client advocate, whose responsibilities encompass executive level crisis management and insuring the alignment of issue resolution with client project initiatives and timelines. Prior to joining Allscripts, Chris was VP of Health & Welfare services at CBIZ and USI Insurance Consulting in Philadelphia. His responsibilities included managing the Health & Welfare partnership between clients and consulting services to ensure all key deliverables and expectations are met. Additionally, Chris was VP at AonHewitt in NYC. He focused on business development, overseeing all key deliverables and expectations for Health & Welfare to mid & large group clients. Chris has 20 years of experience in Health & Welfare, Health Risk Management Programs and Dependent Eligibility Audit consulting.Chris holds a B.S. Degree in Health Policy Administration from Penn State University, with an emphasis in strategic planning and marketing for Healthcare services. He’s been a licensed insurance producer in Life, Health, Property and Casualty since 1994 in NJ.Since graduating in ‘92, Chris has been involved with Penn State’s High School Recruitment Program in Central NJ and maintains his active status as a local registered community member of the Alumni Association.
