Chief Executive Officer primarily responsible for developing the strategic plan and ensuring the creation and fulfillment of the Mission, Vision and Core Values of HCS. Responsible for the management of the Board Meetings, Executive Committee and Finance Committee in the pursuit of the agreed upon goals and objectives for HCS. Ultimately responsible for the administration of the eleven sites including the corporate office and the coordination of the care for the 64,000 HCS patients. Of particular importance is navigating the evolving healthcare landscape successfully as it relates to network management, risk contracting, EMR automation, IT platform management while successfully re-designing the company for capitation and multi-stream revenue management.Additional duties require by-law, board member and professional ethics education, updating and management. Regular assessment of the corporate investments, accounting practices and adoption of all regulatory and legal obligations. Position requires demonstrated implementation of best practices for patient care, business operations staffing management.
