over the course of the last four years, I maintained the job as a Wheeled vehicle mechanic as a passion of mine to progress my career in this field. I have successfully maintained several positions as a mechanic such as a Team leader, supervisor, and mentor while also working out of my specific career field as a mechanic and maintained ground support equipment (GSE) while also training and coaching those below me to be an expert in their field through critical thinking, problem solving, and teaching hands on experience to develop knowledge among peers. Continued to be informative of the knowledge I had in either field to help those who may have showed signs of unfamiliarity using the leadership strategies entrusted in me. I have successfully achieved two Army achievement medals (AAM) in my career field, one Certificate of achievement (COA) for services outside of work involving an outstanding service, successfully completed the leadership and management development course maintaining a 97% overall grade point average of 3.77. I also completed Airborne school making me proficient in parachute rigging and skydiving in a confined target or space, as well as completing Air assault school making me proficient at repelling from an in-flight aircraft and hooking vehicles up for transport effectively.
