I am a passionate, dynamic, detail-orientated administrator with 8+ years of professional experience in multiple roles, which includes working with well-established organisations across the NHS. I am experienced in advising senior managers and directors, enhancing relationships with clients, working as a part of large teams, adding efficiency to daily office administrative procedures, organising and improving business services, analysing information with due diligence and consistently exceeding expectations set by higher management.In my current role as a SPoA and Administration Lead, I am responsible for the single point of access service as well as administrators supporting various services across the directorate. I am the first port of call for assisting services due to my diverse and extensive knowledge of the services under the BCHS umbrella and their stakeholders. In both my current and previous roles; one of my main duties is to collate trending data and create actions and solutions to data that shows under performance or is recorded as an anomaly. SPoA has a concrete foundation built around KPIs and I understand how to use them both in a qualitative and quantitative manner.Using the above skills I created an interactive dashboard to dynamically show the monthly performance levels for the SPoA team. I have since gone and updated the dashboard into Power BI as it provides more functions, is more user friendly and it is more pleasing to the eye.I used the above dashboard as a template to create dashboards for the Phlebotomy and Continence services while tweaking it to be adaptable to their service needs.During my time working in this role I have adapted how the service works with adaptions using the telephony System C-talk. This has included putting into place an Automatic Post Call Survey – The team were manually doing the during calls and a Automatic Call back System. These additions have been successful in a) Improving the quality and quantity of customer feedback received following calls and b) reducing queue wait times which has positively affected the outlook of both staff and customers.I am currently in the process of creating an automated booking service where service users can call in and have their appointments for clinics booked into the SystmOne. This will be the first integration between C-talk and SystmOne and in the long run will give the service the opportunity to take on more meaningful workstreams while helping service users not have to sit in a queue.
