* Lead a group of Engineers to Develop a Project from Customer Concept to Mass Production (up to 400W Power Supply intended for I.T.E & A/V Products) - Prepare quotation/ cost estimation based from customer concept/specification through the assistance of Principal Design Engineer. - Closely communicate with customer for Project update / milestone & other related concern. - Interface with different department for related design / development concern. - Spearhead design review for every development stage. - Ensure that on-going development product will comply with Safety Standard & EMC requirement* Sustain existing mass-production product & interface with other department for possible cost improvement (process or material)

*Design & develop SMPS for TV applications (LED) - Perform circuit analysis and bench verification (Flyback, Boost, LLC) - Thermal management & EMI analysis - Prepare all Engineering related documents (Product Specs, Test Plan, BOM, ECN, Schematic) - Work closely with PCB & Mechanical Engr for PCB & mechanical Layout

•Design validation, process and design improvement.•Conduct reliability tests on newly developed acoustic product.•Establish inspection standard, parts and process for production use.•Supervise and lead pre-production up to 1st mass production of new models.•Determine root cause and recommend improvement actions in case of failure during evaluation / verification / validation test.•Design & develop speaker system product based on customer’s input and/or requirements.
