Whether that be introducing modern business software that assists with day to day tracking and reporting or assisting with benefits administration to increase compensation packages to retain key staff, I enjoy taking the time to understand both the needs of the organizations, their teams, and their customers to provide the means to increase the value offering.While working as a Program Manager for another company, I leveraged my expertise in patient simulations and tactical medicine to facilitate the planning and implementation of instructional sessions to healthcare centers and institutions of higher learning with various healthcare credentialing training programs. I coordinated and supervised a team of clinical educators, ensuring recurring training was conducted to enhance knowledge with current industry standards and best practices. I also partnered with customers to deliver customized solutions that met their specific needs and objectives.With over two years of experience in this role, I have developed new workflow processes to generate revenue, drive down expenditures, and increase efficiency, thereby increasing profit margins for my company and customers. I am also pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Financial Management Services at Western Governors University and have an Associate of Science in Business from National University.
