In my work, I lead initiatives that provide individualized support, guidance, and advocacy for companies, educational entities, school districts, students and parents globally by conducting onsite visits to observe behaviors, formulate assessments and collaborate with administrators, faculty and other stakeholders.• Enlisted by school district in California with 35K+ students to promote/provide DEI education and work to confront, challenge and dispel systemic racial biases in order to create a safe environment for both staff and students. • Enlisted by Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) company of more than 250 employees in California to create and develop policy and instruction geared to benefit and educate on students of color and students with developmental and learning disabilities. • Enlisted by largest public school district in Tennessee to analyze and overhaul discipline and truancy policies in order to apply restorative justice over punitive administrative actions effectively saving the district over $150k annually. • Helped talented and high-achieving immigrant student thrive in an inclusive setting; overturned school district’s initial recommendation to send him to an off-campus location ($35K/year in expenses) based on an inaccurate diagnosis of behavioral problems coupled with an extreme lack of cultural empathy.

Engage the HundrED global community of educators, innovators and other key stakeholders within education to seek and share inspiring educational innovations throughout the world. As a not-for-profit organization with Ambassadors in 70 nations, I utilize the HundrED global community to promote local education innovations. • On behalf of HundrEd, delivered presentation to 500+ attendance entitled “Impactful EdTech in K-12 & HE Driving the Future of Education in the Asia-Pacific Region” for Bett Asia 2022 - Bett Asia is ASEAN’s leading education technology conference and expo, gathering senior education leaders, educators & innovators from around the world to for knowledge share on learning improvement in the 21st century • Of the 22 doctoral students who were on fellowship/study with HundrEd's corporate headquarters in Helsinki, Finland, I was the only one offered/accepted an ambassadorship.

As the Director of Executive Education & Center for Management Development (CMD) in the Barton School of Business, responsible for the financial sustainability, growth and prominence of the Center and to lead the Center’s staff working closely with the Barton School’s faculty, administrators and local, national & international partners in order to ensure quality programs and customer satisfaction. Our team designs and implements strategies to position the Barton School’s Executive Education and leadership development programs as unique, distinct and relevant providers of learning experiences.Summary of Responsibilities:Responsible for the successful leadership and management of Executive Education and the Center for Management Development. Establish and maintain positive working relationships and partnerships both internally and externally. Develop and manage the delivery of executive and management education programs. Establish program goals and objectives and continually evaluate the effectiveness of such programs.Essential Functions: * Develop & implement the vision and strategic plan to guide Executive Education and the CMD.* Identify potential new clients to build rapport and establish relationships. * Work closely with existing external clients in order to assess their needs for training and development.* Develop and maintain data and analytical routines in order to evaluate program success, quality and customer satisfaction and to identify needs for new programs.* Maintain close contact with Deans and other leaders of the University; collaborate with other colleges and professional organizations both nationally and internationally in order to monitor global training and development trends.* Collaborate with Finance relative to the financial administration and integrity of the Center.* Recruit instructors, presenters & lecturers and ensure effective development and presentation.

Conduct and publish independent research/field work, provide subject-related and management advice to the faculty while developing curricula and delivering course material to enhance student growth, proficiency and self-efficacy. As a Professor, I travel (physically and virtually) to other universities and/or academic settings to participate in learning opportunities and gain experience in order to provide effective training and mentoring while reviewing methods and teaching materials needed in making recommendations for improvement. Duties also include assisting with student and faculty recruitment, interviews, and counseling while contributing to the creation of an environment that promotes growth, equality, and thirst for knowledge.• At the request of Dean of the School of Management, created inaugural cultural leadership course for international MBA and MSc graduate students. The class entitled ‘Developing Leadership Skills in the International Digital/Financial Workplace’, approved by university administration and added to course catalogue available to the student body representing 47 countries. • Appointed by Dean as lead instructor responsible for student education, guidance and assessment. Due to interest in the course I created and teach, more than 100 students over a 2-year time-period, have registered and completed the course.

Assumed the role December 2020, AIT Extension is the capacity building “hub” of the university; it is the executive & continuing/professional development division of the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) responsible for leading a team of 50 representing 9 countries, in all aspects of centre. Assuming the role of Executive Director during the height of international Covid restrictions, responsibilities include redefining the strategic direction of AIT Extension while standardizing execution expectations of the Centre’s programs/projects. AIT Extension is the Institute-wide center primarily responsible for the university’s corporate/industry outreach. As the Executive Director I collaborate with a vast network of clients such as government agencies, NGOs, private sector enterprises and other organizations. Leadership Responsibilities:• Lead the development of a strategic framework consistent with the University’s mission• Lead the development of a business plan and partnership strategy• Lead the development of innovative teaching w/ new technology, i.e., online/hybrid modes of instruction• Develop spectrum of client relationships for the Centre on behalf of the University, including government organizations, foundations & corporate/private sector• Ensure sustainability and Center’s growth/longevity managing all financial resources (both human and physical capital) of the unit• Allocation of Centre’s resources according to emerging priorities• Oversee Center’s operations ensuring compliance w/Institute level and unit-specific policies & procedures• Ensure quality of all products and services• Ensure effective coordination with multiple units within the University requiring development and close working relationship w/ faculty & staff for program/project collaboration• Represent AIT Extension to external clients and to participants

Chief academic and administrative officer and as such provided vision and leadership to the college that includes A- Level (11th & 12th grade) students in conjunction with the Cambridge system accredited by the British Council. Areas of responsibility include articulating strategic vision; managing the strategic planning process; ensuring academic integrity in both college and high school programs; overseeing faculty and staff selection, retention, promotion and evaluation processes; encouraging and supporting excellence in teaching, research/scholarly activity and service; promoting collegiality and collaborative relationships internally and externally; managing the fiscal well-being of the college; and promoting alumni and donor relations. AIBS provides students with the essential elements of an international business school as degrees are conferred by Queen Margaret University (QMU) Edinburgh, Scotland and offers a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), and General Certificate of Education Advanced Level (GCE A-Level). The primary goal of AIBS is to educate students for the global, knowledge-based economy of the twenty-first century.• As the first Dean not of Nepali citizenship, provided transformative international and multicultural leadership and advocacy for the institution and region creating a strategic vision and management planning processes aligned with broader college and national goals.• Manage & oversee over 40 faculty and staff, more than 2,000 students ranging from 11th grade to MBA level working within a 35 million Nepali Rupee annual budget.• Led the creation of a new admissions strategy leveraging digital and traditional channels to scale up enrollment resulting in a 45% increase in applications and a 75% increase in the prospect database.• Partnered with the alumni representatives of other top global business schools in Nepal, Singapore and Thailand to build a collaborative alumni engagement.

Directed all day-to-day operations of company offering NFL-style combines to test, train/teach, and evaluate young athletes while developing strong characters based in honor, courage, and commitment. Worked with high school and college students throughout California residing in widely diverse communities. Utilized state-of-the-art technologiesand equipment to enhance skills and accurately measure current and potential abilities. Presided over team of 25 employees including senior leaders, combine operators, and athletic consultants.• Recruited as inaugural CEO of the start-up firm; within my three years as executive, led company from 3 to 25 employees; resigned position in order to complete doctorate in education as a full-time student. • Hosted 500+ students for training event at SDCCU Stadium (formerly Qualcomm Stadium).•Evaluated two athletes who became professional football players and 6 students who earned DI football scholarships.

With some of the most "difficult" students in the school assigned to my Academic Success class, delivered instruction in district, school, individual and classroom settings to address/overcome specific cultural, demographic and socioeconomic struggles and barriers to student success. • Appointed as official on-campus advocate for African American students.• Achieved 100% graduation rate for all 25 students in assigned classroom; developed, launched, and ran Saturday school program for underperforming students with all participants getting Cs or better upon completion.•Facilitated implicit bias training workshop for fellow educators.

Earned numerous promotions over course of military career, rising to Captain and honorably discharged in 2011. Supervised as many as 200+ officers and orchestrated multiple training and professional development programs. Completed deployments in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.• Professional Billets include Future Operation’s Officer, Pilot Training Officer, Flightline Officer in Charge (OIC)• Recognized with several awards/accolades: Air Medal Strike/Flight (Numeral 6), Global War on Terror Medal, Iraq Campaign Medals (2), Afghanistan Campaign Medal, NATO Medal, National Defense Medal, Sikorsky 500 Combat Hours, and Sikorsky 1,000 Mishap-Free Hours.
