• Processing CERPS/ SAP access requests and support for any linked systems• Providing support for a global user base on any queries or issues• Creating training guides, an onboarding pack and running training sessions with new starters• Presenting team updates to winder team and management• Main point of contact for access related set-ups and queries for newly created hubs; APAC, Costa Rica & Europe during global transformation project • Presenting regular updates to project teams and stakeholders via weekly calls• Meeting with support teams to ensure user profiles are set up correctly and fit for business• Readying each Hub for transition to business as usual by meeting with Hub teams to sign off project documents, creating and presenting training slides

• Dealing with payment queries via remedy tickets and emails • Processing one-time vendor requests and direct payments • Completing vendor call-backs to update customer bank details• Processing urgent payment requests • Chairing market com-cell meetings • Project work on PO process improvements for HCP/O payments• General support for markets UK, Nordics & Benelux

• Validating a large amount of transfer of value data before submission to ABPI and public disclosure• Analysing travel and expenses data and identifying and reclassifying any reportable HCP/O spend• Reconciling payment reports on a weekly basis• Generating data for tracking HCP predicted and paid spend, also assigning spend caps to each. Reviewing reports generated from this data, flagging any customers who were reaching their spend limit and publishing on team website
