o Design, update and maintain phone, cable and Internet systems including the fiber infrastructure and associated equipment and facilities.o Build and provision business phone customers in BTES’ phone switch.o Advise and assist installers and contractors on day-to-day phone install issues.o Advise and assist BTES’ Helpdesk and Customer Service on phone system, RF cable, IPTV cable, or internet issues.o Maintain and update all phone related databases for Caller ID, Phone Directory, etc.o Work closely with the Business Development Manager to provide custom business solutions using our Internet, telephone and cable systems.o Troubleshoot (work with Technical Operations or Helpdesk) any phone and/or fiber related issues.o Maintain Two-Way radio system
