Troubleshooting measurement issues for AFM, OCD, and Integrated Metrology tools. · Automation, Data collection, and Lot track-out issue troubleshooting · TTTM activities (tool to tool matching) and execution of experiments for new metrology recipes by running Gauge R& R study · Perform accurate and precise Data Summary using Excel, Spotfire and JMP to summarize experimental results · Knowledge of programming languages and operating systems · Analyze SPC failure and ALPS Release · Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new recipe setup and change points, including documenting that trends were verified following these activities · Create/Write SOPs to eliminate training gaps for other technicians and engineers · Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint · Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills · Expertise in creating, analyzing, and repairing distributed systems · Able to show in-depth knowledge of confluence and Jira · Experience working with Agile teams · 2+ years’ experience in JIRA & Confluence administration involving creation and management of custom, complex projects, workflows, security schemes, custom fields, dashboards and reports configurations
