As a Systems Administrator with Muscogee (Creek) Nation Department of Health (MCNDH), I manage the network infrastructure and servers that support the health services for the tribal community. I have over three years of experience in the IT field, working with various applications and devices in a healthcare setting.I hold multiple CompTIA certifications, including A+, Network+, and Security+, which validate my skills in hardware, software, networking, and security. I also have expertise in virtualization, help desk support, and mobile device support, which enable me to provide efficient and reliable solutions for the staff and users of MCNDH. My mission is to ensure the security, availability, and performance of the IT systems that support the health and well-being of the tribal community.
