About Christopher Gehr

I am a Dedicated Professional, a Military Veteran, and a loving Husband and Father. My military career extends over 24 years and I have come a long ways since the day that I enlisted. In my second half of my military career, I have viewed it as if having a second family. I developed into a proven leader and accomplished manager with measurable results while leading 4–20 Teammates in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. In my current position as a Navy Instructor and Trainer, I have found a passion to give back the knowledge and experience I have gained during my career. I have a comprehensive background in Training and Development, Human resources, Inventory Management, Records Management, Auditing, Customer Service, and conducting assessments/inspections. I enjoyed the management and development 60 training seminars to improve team members production and knowledge for advancement and customer satisfaction. I have managed Supply Chain Operations on various military installations and military assets (Submarines). My leadership and management career is supported by an Associate in Arts in Supervision and Management. There is nothing more enjoyable than getting the chance to watch that "light bulb" turn on in someone head when a problem, policy, concept, or just good old fashion knowledge is understood. It is also good to watch that knowledge get put to good use.
