In this role, I directed all activities related to internal IT operations sustaining daily business, and external offerings of digital media, website design and development, streaming media, and application development products and services. I continuously researched cutting-edge digital and multimedia solutions, collaborated with internal and external stakeholders on designs, delivery and customized package offerings. I developed standards and procedures to aid in the delivery of customer solutions and oversaw performance and integration testing. I supported all stages of the sales cycle, built working relationships with clients and provided ongoing guidance and thought leadership.
