Manage and monitor installed systems and infrastructures for MSP Clients. Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software, and management tools. Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies. Provide 3rd party vendor management assistance. Produce accurate documentation related to client environments and issue resolution. Email systems such as Office 365 and/or Exchange and SPAM filtering. Administer and maintain end user accounts, profiles, permissions and access rights. Ensure the Service Level Agreements are met for all customers.

Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot PC's, servers, and other computer related systems. Provide first and second level support for PC's, peripherals and all company supported applications. Work with System Engineer and Network Engineer to assist with monitoring server, storage and network processes and systems. Create and maintain help desk tickets and documentation for troubleshooting problems. Ensure all security measures, Antivirus, Firewall, IDS, email scanner, etc. are functioning properly and that "best practices" for PC's security are followed and maintained. Provide both remote and hands on support.

First level IT support for department, adding monitors to user’s environment. Troubleshooting Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook issues. Moving and setting up desktop and peripherals. Assist with the organization, management, and execution of projects involving case-related documents and data, including communicating with attorneys and team to define project requirements and developing plans and specifications for outsourced coding/imaging projects. Data media duplication and assessment, imaging, spreadsheet manipulation, tiff blowback and native file printing.
