I've developed great working ties with both business associates and colleagues, which has helped me oversee capital investment projects and equipment upgrades for the company's manufacturing division.I've become the working professional I am now thanks to my ability to work within the constraints of a budget, timelines, production, and occasionally the elements itself. At the moment, I assist in managing a number of projects, including the group sustainability project, which calls for the analysis and prevention of gas usage around glass, and the recently adopted CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System). Working on a project this size has given me the opportunity to properly plan out the project's timeframe using feasibility studies and other types of analytical tools to support the project's requirements. I have developed the ability to document project progress for stakeholders to see using a variety of channels, including design programmes like Solidworks and making the most of Microsoft's features.

I was able to put my prior positions' worth of talents to the test at Pipetech. I was inspired to participate in larger engineering projects across the UK as a result. This gave me excellent chances to share my knowledge and concepts and to collaborate with other engineers that have a wealth of experience. I have taken a lot of training and development courses in my time with Pipetech. During some developments, Pipetech drove me into a advanced role, and the experience I received was invaluable to becoming the person I am today. I gained knowledgeable about method statements, work permissions, risk assessments, etc.

My experience with Progroup was really educational. I now recognise the need of high-quality production and have a better grasp of the factory environment. I was employed as an operator on a corrugator machine, which had a lot of moving parts, and I soon got interested in it. My familiarity with the mechanical and electrical control systems of all the equipment let me locate faults easily.
