In addition, I am also the backup for the Traffic Clerk for the Medline account which consists of the following: Attaching DO’s to container cover sheets. Retrieving info from SAP to create cover sheets. Selecting containers for 1st and 2nd shift. Printing the labels for containers via SAP. Coding received and competed containers via SAP. Ensuring yard check matches quantity of containers that are listed in SAP. Data entry of BOL’s into designated document. Ensuring trailers from yard check match with BOL’s. Sending daily reports to carriers that consists of empty Containers. Sending daily report to upper management and client Management for the trailer pool (empty, loaded, picked up). Taking Inventory of all Medline supplies needed for the facility.

Supervision of a staff of 8 Computer Operators. Responsible for the following: Delegating tasks to staff. Ensuring that all turnover items are followed up on and all written process issues and EMS tickets are correct. Approving Request For Change (RFC) tickets that are used for system implementations. Monitoring of the phones via CMS Supervisor (ACD System) ensuring that all operators are logged into their phones and are available for taking calls. Preparing and fact checking the daily Morning Report and sending it to Senior Management. Attending of daily morning turnover meetings to report to Senior Management all the issues that occurred during the previous day.
