Responsible for the creation of all QA processes, procedures and SOP’s for the development and deployment of the university’s curriculum.Manages five direct reports (QAR’s) who facilitate the entire product inspection process and manages the quality of 40+ individuals in the company’s curriculum development department. Established all QA policies, processes, and plans where none existed prior to coming aboard. Developed the Storybook and Storyteller projects that saved the business over $300,000 in immediate cost savings by eliminating wasted production, tracked an eliminated over 2000 course product errors and re-organized the entire product offering (approx. 400 courses and 1300+ sections) of this $60 million business.Oversees the collection, measurement, analysis, and reporting of academic data and associated costs of product manufacture across multiple departments. Actively manages data, documents and tasks at the project and Director Level including curriculum planning, course and faculty development status, and problem/change request management.Created and maintains QMS (Quality Management System) database in Access and Excel to track all courses, review documentation, and any course-related quality information.Collaborates with over 200 Doctorate and Master’s level faculty and staff, program coordinators, faculty reviewers, and course writers to ensure all content is correct and all assessments are properly developed, including an accurate answer key.Developed and created QALS (Quality Assurance Library System) to house and maintain all digital versions of courses, SOP’s, quality data and quality reports.Conducts interdepartmental training according to specific needs as directed by the CEO or Director of Employee Relations.Routinely interacts with Executive Management at the Master’s and Doctorate level and briefs the CEO, CIO, VP of Academics, VP of Customer Services and the Executive Board.
