He worked closely with Ways & Means Democratic staff to develop the corporate international provisions of Chairman Rangel's 2007 Tax Reform bill.From 2002 to 2005, Chris worked as Senior Tax Attorney for Kimberly-Clark, where he led the Company's review, negotiation and implementation of several major tax credit investments, and was extensively involved in foreign tax credit planning and tax-efficient repatriation of foreign earnings.Chris began his career as a tax attorney with the Chicago office of Skadden Arps. He received his JD from the University of Chicago Law School, and is a member of the Illinois Bar.
