Strategically planning each days logistical challenges with the goal of maximizing each individualplanters production as well as the production of the entire team. Working in very remote locationsmakes ensuring the safety of my team as my top priority. Ensuring equipment (trucks, trailers, ATV's,side-by-bides and planting tools) is in good working order.

Traveled all over Australia to various caravan and camping trade shows to promote and sell "kanduCampers" slide on camper units.

Event set up and tear down (scaffolding, flooring, banners, flags etc.)

Managed the operation of weather data collection for the Weyerhaeuser Grande Prairie herbicide spray. I communicate closely with teams of weather monitors as well as with helicopter pilots. Using the data given to me by the monitors I determine wheather the pilots are clear to fly or if they are to remain grounded until conditions improve. I did reconnaissance flights over the blocks to be sprayed with the pilots, describing what is to be sprayed and what must be avoided.I recorded all spray data I receive from the pilots and report the data to Weyerhaeuser at the end of each day.

Hiring, training and managing a group of 15 tree planters in grueling conditions. Strategicly planning each days logistical challenges with the goal of maximizing each individual planters production as well as the production of the entire team. Working in very remote locstions puts ensuring the safety of my team as my top priority.

Managing and motivating a crew of 16 tree planters while working along side the management team to ensure quality work is being done safely, while maximizing production.
